The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) today announced a contract award in partnership with AE Strategies, LLC from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to provide assistance in implementing strategies and technology that will strengthen diversity within the BLM hiring processes.

For over eight years COE and AE Strategies have partnered together to deliver strategic workforce planning to the Department of Defense (DoD), and we are excited to bring together our combined acumen, expertise, and key personnel to help BLM achieve diversity in their workforce.
