COE Donates Computers to National Children's Center

Rockville, Md. (April 19, 2013) - The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) announced today its donation of computer equipment to the National Children's Center Inc. (NCC). The donation to the organization's computer labs and employment program will provide local children with access to resources to help them live, learn, work, grow, and thrive in their communities.

"The great work of the NCC echoes COE's dedication to achieving meaningful results and our commitment to citizenship and service. We are proud to support an organization making such a positive and lasting difference in our community," said Steve Goodrich, COE's president and chief executive officer. "We hope COE's donation will help NCC in continuing to carry out their mission to provide a lifetime of opportunities for people with developmental disabilities."

About The National Children's Center

The National Children's Center, Inc. (NCC) was founded in 1957 by Hyman S. Paper and a group of his friends who were concerned about the lack of community-based services for children with special needs and their families. Over the years, NCC began serving children with all types of developmental disabilities and expanded their organization to include adult services to transition children at NCC into adulthood. Every day, hundreds of children and adults from ages 8 weeks through 70+ years receive the services they require in order to live, grown and thrive in their community.  To learn more about the National Children's Center, please visit www.nccinc.org.
