COE Promotes Daniel Glover to Vice President, Strategic Development

Rockville, Md. (August 1, 2014) - The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE), today announced that Daniel Glover has been promoted to vice president of strategic development. He will be responsible for driving COE's growth through marketing strategy, partnerships, and supporting and expanding COE's work in the federal sector. He previously held the position of director of business capture.

"Dan has already demonstrated his outstanding ability to lead the business development team in opportunities, partnerships, and new solutions," said Steve Goodrich, president and chief executive officer. "Now that he has joined the leadership team, we look forward to further expanding COE's business and building even greater market awareness."

Dan has more than twenty years of business development, management and training experience, with extensive program and project management experience in information technology, information assurance and training for both military and commercial organizations. He has extensive experience framing and driving corporate growth strategy, marketing, partner relationships, client engagement, and delivery organization for companies such as RLM Communications, Lockheed Martin and OutPerform, Inc. Most recently at DEG Technologies, Daniel was responsible for developing strategic plans to advance the company's mission and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth.

Dan holds a Master of Science degree in Human and Environmental Sciences with an emphasis in Interactive Technology from the University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from Park College. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
