We helped OPM implement a new on-line
and in-person assessment for Presidential
Management Fellows (PMFs) that has
resulted in a higher quality candidate
experience, increased placements for
PMFs, and the adoption of a much
needed STEM track for PMFs.
Surveys and Assessments
Surveys are a tool for collecting information that is then used to improve outcomes including organizational performance, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, as well as public opinion on social issues and government services. The challenge is not only collecting the right data in a simple and repeatable format, but identifying data that contributes to decision making and the execution of actions that resolves issues or improves performance. COE helps agencies design and capture data from large groups using methodologies that inform the improvement of organizational and human capital systems and programs.
