Susannah Numa

Ms. Numa is a seasoned management consultant and project manager with over nineteen years of experience helping federal, state, local, and tribal governments solve their most critical challenges. Ms. Numa is skilled in strategy, organizational design, effectiveness and transformation, change management, stakeholder engagement, training and technical assistance, and program and project management.

Prior to joining the Center for Organizational Excellence, Ms. Numa led strategy and organization efforts to support the design, stand up, and execution of new federal programs with a focus on justice-system initiatives. Additionally, Ms. Numa led organizational effectiveness studies of a diverse set of state, local, and tribal government functions to include criminal justice and public safety services, administrative functions, municipal-wide organizational services, and infrastructure management and land use functions.

Ms. Numa holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from Clark University and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute; and successfully completed the Change Management Advanced Practitioner Program through the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University.
