[Rockville, Md.] – The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE), an organizational transformation consulting firm, today announced its award of a Library of Congress contract to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
COE will work with the Human Capital Directorate (HCD), to identify opportunities for optimizing, standardizing, and modernizing critical HR functions, while ensuring statutory compliance and establishing performance metrics that demonstrate success.
“COE has over three decades of success working across a broad set of federal agencies to help them streamline, standardize, and transform programs, functions, and infrastructure, ensuring they comply with established laws and guidelines, making them more agile and efficient while significantly improving customer satisfaction. We are excited to help a component of the Legislative Branch to create sustainable, systemic solutions that deliver long-term measurable improvements for functional execution,” said Steve Goodrich, CEO and President of COE.
