The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) today announced a contract award from partnership for the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) continue providing workforce planning and competency model development.

COE, in partnership with AE Strategies, will deliver workforce planning support, workforce analytic support, and competency management support to the DoD. The approach will be based on direct experience within the unique contextual environment at DoD, but also on lessons learned and insights gained from assisting similar related efforts for DoD and other federal agency clients.

COE and AE Strategies have worked together for over six years to support DCPAS as an integrated team, providing strategic workforce planning, data analysis and competency management expertise with demonstrated success in supporting the full lifecycle of DoD strategic workforce planning.
