The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) announced today a contract award from the U.S Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) to provide advisory services for their regional office reform initiative.
COE will work to deliver HHS expert advice in the development and execution of a change management plan that supports organizational transformation. This project represents an opportunity for HHS to be evaluated and restructured into an organization that understands its customers, critical services, culture, and to make the necessary changes to efficiently and effectively accomplish its existing missions.
“Transformation requires strong pivotal thinking, strong planning, and clear action and an investment of time, energy, and the good people of HHS. We are excited to bring these to the table to help HHS achieve its goals of being a more efficient and effective organization,” said Steve Goodrich, President and CEO of COE.
COE has worked with HSS in the past to deliver organizational transformation and change management support services to realize its vision to create an optimally performing regional structure.
