The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) today announced that the company was awarded the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) contract for the redesign and implementation of a performance management program. EEOC seeks to combine two separate performance management systems that support supervisory and non-supervisory employees into one new and improved system.

“In order to create a holistic system, agency performance goals must be aligned and integrated with the employee management system,” said Lyn McGee, COE’s vice president of strategic development. “By introducing a sustainable performance management system, EEOC can realize a performance management culture of partnership, all while complying with every federal performance management standard.”

Both EEOC and COE understand the important link between effective performance management and agency success. By conducting a performance culture assessment, establishing performance management working groups, and developing a comprehensive implementation plan, COE will help EEOC create a performance system and culture based on partnership, engagement and accountability.

COE has developed and implemented similar performance management processes, programs and systems for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Education, Indian Health Service, Food and Drug Administration, Office of the Inspector General, Office of the National Drug Control Policy, and Department of Defense. Being awarded EEOC’s performance management program reinforces COE’s passion for and ability to design, develop and implement human capital management programs and processes.
