The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) announced today their award for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Integrated IT System and Assessment Process for the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program. The PMF program is a flagship development initiative aimed to attract and foster exceptional government leaders.
Just as OPM’s PMF Program is designed to select the right blend of leaders for civil service, Team COE is designed to provide the right blend of IT systems, theoretically-sound assessment processes, and innovative solutions. In an effort to reinforce the elite nature of the program, Team COE will create an assessment process using measurable outcomes, defensible evaluation processes, and reliable communication tools. The end goal is for the OPM PMF program to become the new standard for government recruiting.
