The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) today announced a contract award in partnership with Summit Technologies, LLC to manage the development and sustainment of all enterprise-wide human resources information technology (HRIT) systems for the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Office Human Resources Management (OHRM). As a subcontractor to Summit Technologies, LLC, COE will provide PMO support for strategic planning for future capabilities, systems development and implementation, as well as governance and portfolio management initiatives.

“As members of the Shared Services Coalition, COE is committed to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of government through streamlined execution of core services. We are excited about this opportunity to leverage HR IT solutions to transform HR service delivery across the department,” said Steve Goodrich, COE president and CEO.

COE’s first-hand experience with enterprise HR IT software development life cycle (SDLC) program management and governance, HR process re-engineering, HR data standards and data analysis, business case development, and portfolio management makes us the right partner to support the ongoing HR transformation at VA.

“Transforming HR service delivery across the VA through more robust and efficient IT solutions is the foundation for outstanding service to our nations Veterans,” said Lyn McGee, vice president for client solutions. “This is a mission that aligns perfectly with the reason our CEO founded COE and we are very excited about the possibilities.”
