The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) announced today its donation of computer equipment to the National Children’s Center Inc. (NCC). The donation to the organization’s computer labs and employment program will provide local children with access to resources to help them live, learn, work, grow, and thrive in their communities.

Paper and a group of his friends who were concerned about the lack of community-based services for children with special needs and their families.
