The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) today announced its award by the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Intelligence and Research (INR) for the evaluation of products and services. Through this effort, INR will solicit feedback from its U.S. government partners to ensure that its products are keeping pace with the evolving needs of its partners.
By delivering a robust program of surveys, interviews, focus groups, data collection and analysis, COE and its partner DevTech Systems will support INR’s drive for excellence by developing actionable findings based on both qualitative and quantitative input. This project will illuminate INR’s value to its U.S. government partners, highlight opportunities to better serve its counterparts, and provide concrete steps to elevate INR’s products and services.
“INR is a significant contributor to national security and diplomacy, and we are pleased to support the organization as it strives for excellence,” said Steve Goodrich, COE’s president and chief executive officer.
