The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE) today announced its award by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC’s) for the Office of Human Resources (OHR) teambuilding effort. This initiative is a natural extension of the EEOC’s commitment to empowering its employees to deliver the agency’s strategic vision. Rather than waiting for minor issues to grow, EEOC OHR is proactively strengthening its team and, by extension, OHR’s service to the agency and to the nation.
“OHR is comprised of four teams within a team. As with any team, the organization can realize a significant increase in effectiveness by investing in the assessment and improvement of team interactions,” says Lyn McGee, COE’s vice president of strategic development. “A proactive approach to teambuilding pays dividends in productivity and, a philosophy COE shares with the EEOC.”
