The Center for Organizational Excellence, Inc. (COE), an organizational transformation consulting firm, today announced that it has been selected to provide federal agencies with customized training and development, human capital strategy and organizational performance improvement solutions as an awardee on the Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS) contract. The contract is available to all government agencies and has an $11.5B ceiling, 10.5-year ordering period and 16-year delivery period.
HCaTS is a partnership between the General Services Administration (GSA) and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to create a highly efficient, innovative, and flexible approach to providing human capital and training services. The initiative is expected to save the Federal government $10B by 2019 through a smarter and more efficient category management acquisition strategy for these services.
“We believe in the federal workforce and their passion for serving the American people,” said COE’s president and chief executive officer, Steve Goodrich. “This award confirms COE’s value as a premier provider of innovative and cost-effective consulting solutions that unleash that potential.”
“We are looking forward to continuing our 30-year track record of success in helping our clients become more efficient and effective by providing analytic, advisory, and professional services,” said Lyn McGee, vice president of client solutions. “This contract will enable COE to partner with our government clients through the next decade and beyond.”
COE was awarded under both HCaTS pools – Pool 1: Training Solutions and Pool 2: Human Capital.
